Amanda Martin

Amanda's personal journey as a caregiver led her to recognize the critical need for improved care for seniors. She often felt defeated by the overwhelming demands and understaffing in facilities, which spurred her desire to create a better solution. The concept of a small residential care home deeply resonated with her, as it offers a unique opportunity to provide intimate, individualized care in a safe, loving environment. Amanda is driven to build a business that not only offers exceptional care to seniors but also supports caregivers in doing their best work, fostering a thriving and compassionate community for all.

Emily Burleson

Emily has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field, specifically in multiple types of assisted living environments. Starting as a young CNA in a California memory care facility she developed a passion for geriatric and end of life care.
